Do You Have an Aged Care Package?

If you have been assessed by My Aged Care as eligible for a Commonwealth Home Support Package (CHSP) or a Home Care Package, you might be able to have your Podiatry services funded through your package 

Before you can access government-subsidised aged care services, you need to have had an assessment with My Aged Care. You can organise an assessment by calling My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or by completing an online application https://www.myagedcare.gov.au/aged-care-assessment-application  

If you have already been assessed by My Aged Care and you already have an Aged Care Package, you will need to contact your Aged Care Provider to check if you are able to claim your Podiatry services through your Aged Care Package. If you are eligible, your Provider will then need to send us a referral, so we can then coordinate and manage payment for these services on your behalf.
