Our Caring, Experienced and Highly Trained Brisbane Podiatrists have a passion for treating all foot and ankle problems. We use evidence-based medicine for both accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Our Brisbane Northside Podiatry Clinic is modern and well-equipped and we have our own Orthotic laboratory onsite. We will discuss treatment options with you and always choose conservative management first. Surgical options are also available when needed.

We offer podiatry services for residents throughout Brisbane North, including Albany Creek, The Gap, Bridgeman Downs, Ferny Hills, Mitchelton, Arana Hills, Eatons Hill, Ferny Hills, Keperra, McDowall and Upper Kedron.

Oliver Fawcett graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Podiatry from Queensland University of Technology in 1995. Oliver went on to successfully establish the first private podiatry practice based in Samford in1996, providing the local community access to affordable and contemporary podiatry care. Oliver is a Samford local, attending primary school at Samford State School and growing up in the district. He continues to support the local community with regular speaking invitations and sponsorships for Riding for the Disabled and the Children’s Art Prize at the Samford Show.

Kim Edwards

Senior Podiatrist and Co-Owner

Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science Podiatry (with Distinction) from Queensland University of Technology in 1995. Since graduating Kim has enjoyed working in many different fields of podiatry including high risk foot care at the PA Hospital, community health centres, sports medicine at the Enoggerra Army Hospital and more recently in private practice at Foot Health Clinic in Samford.

In 2009, Kim was one of 20 experienced health professionals selected by the University of Queensland School of Medicine to participate in the first Australian Physician Assistant Program, graduating in 2011 with a Master’s degree and a Dean’s commendation for High Achievement. As part of the Master’s program, Kim participated in clinical rotations in vascular surgery, orthopaedic surgery, general surgery, internal medicine, and general practice.

Granville May graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Podiatry from the University of Johannesburg in South Africa in 2000.  Since graduating, Granville has had the privilege of practicing and gaining experience in 3 countries including practicing in his hometown of Cape Town as well as in Cambridge, UK.  More recently, Granville and his family have made a new home in sunny Queensland where he has been enjoying private practice in the beautiful Samford Village.

Leah is a highly experienced Family Podiatrist, with an extensive background working in private practice in regional and rural communities.

Leah graduated in 2000 with 1st Class Honours from QUT, one of the best podiatry schools in Australia. Since graduating 24 years ago, she has continued to expand her knowledge and expertise in all facets of family podiatry care and continues to enjoy helping people of all ages, from children to the elderly. Leah has a special interest in diabetes and has developed in-depth knowledge of diabetic foot disease, including high risk foot ulcer management and preventive care.

Leah is a mother of 3 beautiful young children and loves helping school-aged children with their foot problems, whether its a foot posture problem, foot or leg pain, plantar warts, ingrown toenails, heel pain or just simply providing help in selecting the best school or sports shoes for your child.
