Ingrown Toenail Surgery
Ingrown toenail surgery is performed under local anaesthetic and is a partial nail excision and chemical matrixectomy. The ingrown portion of the toenail is removed together with the corresponding portion of nail root, and the application of a chemical to prevent that portion of the toenail from regrowing.
