- Stay in control!! Monitor & maintain stable glucose levels;
- Don't smoke, exercise regularly;
- Avoid barefoot walking;
- Wear well-fitting, protective shoes and socks;
- Keep the skin on your feet healthy;
- Have corns, calluses and other foot problems treated by a Podiatrist;
- See your Podiatrist every year for a diabetic foot check-up!
